If you would like to visit your new home during construction, we will do our best to make this possible, we understand it’s an exciting time! All site visits must be pre-arranged to ensure your safety on site. The health and safety of our visitors is paramount for us which is why you must always be accompanied on site.

At Rockwill Homes your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. We pride ourself on giving excellent and prompt after sales service, we arrange for our site manager to carry out two home visits one on day 7 and one on day 28.
During these visits any queries can be answered or should there be anything that needs rectifying we will ensure a quick and effective service in doing so.
We offer as standard a 10-year structural warranty covering you against any structural defects that could arise in the first 10 years.
